Ashley Smith

Ashley focuses on executive search mandates across a variety of client organizations,including endowments, foundations, family offices, private equity firms, and asset managers.

Prior to joining BraddockMatthewsBarrett in 2024, Ashley was a member of Heidrick & Struggles' Asset Management and Private Equity practices, where she focused on recruiting fundraising and investor relations professionals for private equity firms, venture capital firms, and alternative asset managers. Ashley started her career at St. Nicks Alliance, where she ran a nonprofit program funded by NYC Department of Youth and Community Development to offer career pathways to underserved youth and young adults.

Ashley received a BA in Psychology from Texas State University and obtained an MA in Psychology from LeTourneau University.
