Bob Gorog

Bob Gorog has over 25 years of executive recruiting experience dedicated exclusively to the investment management industry. Bob focuses on leadership, distribution, and investment roles for traditional and alternative asset management firms. He has recruited division heads, team leaders, and individual contributors in institutional and retail distribution, as well as Chief Investment Officers, asset class heads and lead portfolio managers.

Prior to joining David Barrett Partners in 2015, Bob was a Partner in the Asset Wealth Management and specialty Hedge Fund Practices of CTPartners and previously a Partner in the Asset & Wealth Management Practice of Heidrick & Struggles. His early career included being part of AT Kearney’s start-up Asset Management Executive Search Practice, along with roles in sales at Northwestern Mutual Life and Prudential-Bache Securities.

Bob received a BA in Economics from Boston College.
