Henry Young

Henry focuses on executive search mandates across a variety of client organizations, including endowments, foundations, family offices, private equity firms, and asset managers.

Prior to joining David Barrett Partners in 2022, Henry was a member of Korn Ferry’s Asset Management & Private Markets practice and also served as an elected appointee of the firm’s Junior Operating Committee. Henry was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and spent much of his childhood living in the Philippines before moving to the U.S.

Henry received a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College and was a member of the Men’s Varsity Soccer team.
