Erich Marcks

Erich focuses on executive search mandates across a variety of client organizations, including endowments, foundations, family offices, private equity firms, and asset managers.

Prior to joining BraddockMatthews in 2022, Erich was with an alternatives-focused boutique executive search firm, where he was responsible for recruiting private equity and private credit investor relations and fundraising professionals, as well as co-investment and secondaries investment professionals. Prior to that, Erich was a member of the Investor Relations team at Apogem Capital.  He started his career in a corporate banking role at US Bank.

Erich is a Volunteer for the U.S. Soccer Foundation. He also completed the 2023 NYC Marathon on behalf of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Erich received a BA in Government from Hamilton College and was a member of the Men’s Varsity Soccer team.
